Pls put 4 new batteries, make sure the anode and cathode is correct. Put the cover and fix it with screw. Sometimes, electricity can not through so that fan can not work if the cover are not proper fisxd. Pls try more times, pls contact us is it still can't work. We will try our best to help u solve all prooblems.
